Since joining Beyond Next Ventures in 2017, he has specialized in cultivating co-founders and CXOs for deep-tech startups. He leads the "INNOVATION LEADERS PROGRAM," an initiative that has produced over 50 startup executives and facilitated 300+ strategic hires for portfolio companies.
He is a certified Career Development Advisor (CDA) and Career Consultant. Previously, he launched a management talent practice for university ventures at Tokio Marine Nichido Career Service in 2007, after working at Quick Co., Ltd. from 2002.
