Satoshi Fukushima

Satoshi started his career at a major electronics manufacturer before transitioning into recruitment and career support roles at Recruit Career and a talent-focused startup. He later managed hiring at multiple robotics startups, contributing to organizational scaling during a Series C round that raised approximately ¥15 billion. His focus included recruiting managerial talent and launching new departments. Since 2025, he has been supporting recruitment for portfolio companies and strengthening the deep tech ecosystem at Beyond Next Ventures. He is a graduate of Yokohama National University.
