PROFILE

After graduating from ICU, joined a recruitment agency as one of the first new graduates, focusing on career change support for professional firms and executive　positions in companies. In total, recruitment support is provided to around 50 clients. Career strategy planning and career change support are provided to over 900 candidates. Also spoke at a university as a guest lecturer, conducted recruitment for own company, and led own team as Director. Then earned an MBA from ESADE Business School before joining Beyond Next Ventures.
