PROFILE

As a Partner and Head of the Investment Department since 2022, he leads the formulation and execution of investment strategy. He joined Beyond Next Ventures in 2020 with over 15 years of experience in academic venture nurturing, supporting startups from the pre-seed stage through commercialization and growth.
His background includes serving as a Group Leader at JAFCO (now JAFCO Group) and as a representative promoter for JST START. His investment track record includes Microwave Chemical (IPO), Biomedical Solutions (M&A), and Bolt Medical (M&A). He holds a Master’s degree from Keio University and is a surfing enthusiast based in Shonan.
