Beyond Next Ventures Inc. defines its commitment and approach to Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) factors as follows:

1. Objective

This policy clarifies our approach to ESG integration and defines our commitment to fulfilling our responsibility in building a sustainable society.

2. Our ESG Vision

Guided by our core mission—“Creating the beyond next society; enabling exceptional people solving global challenges”—we strive to build a better future alongside visionary entrepreneurs. Through our investment activities in deep tech startups, we aim to drive the transition to a sustainable society across economic, social, and environmental dimensions.
We are committed to addressing environmental and social challenges, generating long-term value through our investments, and contributing to the sustainable development of the global market. Our ESG efforts extend beyond our internal operations; we actively collaborate with our portfolio companies to promote sustainable practices and engage in ongoing dialogue with all stakeholders to co-create a sustainable future.

3. Key Focus Areas (Materiality)

  • Environmental: We recognize climate change, biodiversity conservation, and sustainable resource management as critical priorities and will accelerate initiatives to address these issues.
  • Social: We prioritize our portfolio companies’ social impact, respect for human rights, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI), and occupational health and safety.
  • Governance: We are dedicated to ensuring transparency, robust information disclosure, active engagement with portfolio companies, and long-term value creation. We prioritize regulatory compliance and maintaining strong, trust-based relationships with all stakeholders.

4. Implementation and Governance

ESG integration is a firm-wide commitment. The ESG Working Group, appointed by the CEO, is responsible for monitoring progress and providing regular reports to the Management Committee. The management team oversees the implementation of this policy and reviews the progress of all ESG-related initiatives.

5. Policy Review and Amendments

This policy is subject to continuous review and may be amended based on the decision of the CEO to reflect emerging best practices and evolving global standards.

Anti-Harassment Policy

Our Philosophy

Harassment is a direct violation of fundamental human rights. Beyond Next Ventures Inc. maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward any form of harassment. This applies to all stakeholders, including our officers and employees, as well as the personnel of our portfolio companies and companies under investment consideration. We are committed to taking firm and immediate action against any such conduct.

Our Commitment

To ensure a safe and respectful environment, we implement the following measures:

  1. Policy Enforcement: Maintaining clear internal standards that prohibit harassment and all forms of discrimination.
  2. Management Leadership: Demonstrating a clear, top-down commitment to eradicating harassment.
