PROFILE

After starting her career at Nikkei Inc., she covered companies including startups as a reporter. Recognizing the potential for deep tech startups’ growth and global expansion to contribute to the Japanese economy, she joined Beyond Next Ventures in 2025. As a member of the Open Innovation Department, she works on collaborations between corporates and deep tech startups. Outside of work, she is a mother of two. She holds a Master’s degree in Area Studies from the Graduate School of Arts and Sciences, The University of Tokyo.
